葉乃好,2005年于中國(guó)科學(xué)院海洋研究所獲博士學(xué)位,中國(guó)水產(chǎn)科學(xué)研究院黃海水產(chǎn)研究所副所長(zhǎng),海水養(yǎng)殖生態(tài)與技術(shù)研究室研究員,博士生導(dǎo)師,中國(guó)海洋大學(xué)、中國(guó)農(nóng)科院、上海海洋大學(xué)、青島科技大學(xué)、浙江海洋大學(xué)、大連海洋大學(xué)等兼職碩士生導(dǎo)師。
從事藻類生物與資源學(xué)研究,由生物多樣性入手,在收集保存海洋藻類種質(zhì)資源的基礎(chǔ)上,解析典型藻類基因轉(zhuǎn)移事件的演化歷程與適應(yīng)機(jī)制,探討氣候變化條件下藻類群體的演變機(jī)制與生態(tài)效應(yīng)。在Nature Climate Change、Nature Ecology & Evolution、Nature Communications、Science Advances、The ISME Journal、Global Change Biology、New Phytologist、Environmental Science & Technology等期刊發(fā)表論文190余篇(SCI 137),第一或通訊作者130余篇(SCI 120)。主編出版專著3部。授權(quán)專利20余項(xiàng)。
主持國(guó)家重點(diǎn)研發(fā)計(jì)劃項(xiàng)目、國(guó)家863計(jì)劃課題、國(guó)家藻類產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)體系崗位專家和國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金面上項(xiàng)目等多個(gè)項(xiàng)目。以第一完成人獲得海洋工程科學(xué)技術(shù)獎(jiǎng)二等獎(jiǎng)、海洋科學(xué)技術(shù)獎(jiǎng)二等獎(jiǎng),中國(guó)水產(chǎn)科學(xué)研究院大漁科學(xué)技術(shù)獎(jiǎng)、科技進(jìn)步一等獎(jiǎng)和二等獎(jiǎng)等多項(xiàng)科技成果獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)。榮獲國(guó)家萬(wàn)人計(jì)劃、科技部中青年科技創(chuàng)新領(lǐng)軍人才、農(nóng)業(yè)科研杰出人才、山東省泰山學(xué)者特聘專家、山東省有突出貢獻(xiàn)中青年專家、山東省高端智庫(kù)專家、“鰲山人才”優(yōu)秀青年學(xué)者和青島市創(chuàng)業(yè)創(chuàng)新領(lǐng)軍人才計(jì)劃等稱號(hào)。
