欒生,男,1978年12月生人,山東濰坊,中共黨員,于2006年06月獲中國海洋大學海洋生物學專業博士學位,現任中國水產科學研究院黃海水產研究所育種室副主任、研究員,獲聘第六屆全國水產原種與良種審定委員會委員、中國水產科學研究院學術委員會委員、中國水產學會水產生物技術與遺傳育種專業委員會委員等。
主要從事水產遺傳育種等方面的研究,利用高通量表型、基因型等多組學數據,開展育種方案規劃、育種目標制定、性狀測試、遺傳評估、優化選種和配種等研究。
