
杜康,男,1990年11月生人,于2018年6月獲中國(guó)科學(xué)院水生生物研究所水生生物學(xué)專業(yè)的博士學(xué)位;2018年至2024年間先后于德國(guó)維爾茨堡大學(xué)、美國(guó)德克薩斯州立大學(xué)大學(xué)從事博士后研究工作;現(xiàn)任中國(guó)水產(chǎn)科學(xué)研究院黃海水產(chǎn)研究所研究員、碩士生導(dǎo)師、博士后合作導(dǎo)師;研究方向?yàn)椋呼~(yú)類性別決定的遺傳基礎(chǔ)和演化機(jī)制。
主持國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金優(yōu)秀青年科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目(海外);以第一作者(含并列)、共同通訊作者在Nature、Nature Ecology & Evolution、Nature Communications、Genome Research等雜志上發(fā)表多篇論文。

主要研究?jī)?nèi)容、研究方向
物競(jìng)天擇,適者生存;然而,若無(wú)法繁衍,生存便失去了演化意義。有性生殖作為主要的繁衍方式,其起源十分古老,但各物種的性別決定機(jī)制卻并不保守,展現(xiàn)出高度的可塑性和多樣性,其背后的遺傳機(jī)制和演化意義尚不得知。
本人以魚(yú)類為研究模型,從系統(tǒng)發(fā)育學(xué)出發(fā),調(diào)查性染色體的起源與演化模式;結(jié)合種群基因組學(xué)手段,追蹤性別決定基因與性染色體的演變過(guò)程;同時(shí)引入單細(xì)胞測(cè)序與空間轉(zhuǎn)錄組等技術(shù),探究性別決定系統(tǒng)的遺傳機(jī)制和演化規(guī)律。
研究成果將有利于演化理論的推進(jìn)和水產(chǎn)性控育種技術(shù)的發(fā)展。
