
劉陽(yáng),助理研究員,碩導(dǎo)。2015-2020年于中國(guó)海洋大學(xué)碩博連讀獲博士學(xué)位。開展海水魚類繁育、新品種培育研究,現(xiàn)聚焦石斑魚雜交優(yōu)勢(shì)解析及利用。主持海南省重點(diǎn)研發(fā)計(jì)劃(204萬(wàn))、廣東省現(xiàn)代化海洋牧場(chǎng)適養(yǎng)品種核心技術(shù)攻關(guān)項(xiàng)目(80萬(wàn))、青島市自然科學(xué)基金(10萬(wàn))等項(xiàng)目7項(xiàng),累計(jì)經(jīng)費(fèi)350萬(wàn)。現(xiàn)以第一及通訊作者在Antioxidants、International Journal of Molecular Sciences、Aquaculture、Marine Biotechnology等期刊發(fā)表論文10篇,授權(quán)專利4項(xiàng),參編專著1部;以主要完成人培育“金虎雜交斑”新品種(GS-02-001-2023)1 個(gè),獲省部級(jí)獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)2項(xiàng);擔(dān)任Genes和Fishes雜志客座編輯。

主要研究?jī)?nèi)容、研究方向
魚類遺傳育種與雜交優(yōu)勢(shì)解析。1、首次構(gòu)建雜交種石斑魚單倍型T2T基因組及單堿基遺傳圖譜,深化了雜交種石斑魚基因組解析及分子育種研究。2、整合多組學(xué)優(yōu)勢(shì)解析了“金虎雜交斑”生長(zhǎng)優(yōu)勢(shì)形成的分子遺傳機(jī)理。結(jié)合表觀遺傳、亞基因組優(yōu)勢(shì)、QTL定位和轉(zhuǎn)錄組分析,確定了父本亞基因組優(yōu)勢(shì)協(xié)同DNA甲基化調(diào)節(jié)脂質(zhì)代謝通路,促進(jìn)了雜交生長(zhǎng)優(yōu)勢(shì)形成,構(gòu)建了潛在的分子調(diào)節(jié)網(wǎng)絡(luò)。
