
于源,博士,畢業(yè)于中國(guó)海洋大學(xué)水產(chǎn)品加工及貯藏工程專業(yè)。現(xiàn)任中國(guó)水產(chǎn)科學(xué)研究院黃海水產(chǎn)研究所助理研究員。作為科研骨干參與國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金、國(guó)家重點(diǎn)研發(fā)計(jì)劃、山東省重大科技創(chuàng)新工程專項(xiàng)、鰲山科技計(jì)劃等科研項(xiàng)目。主要研究方向?yàn)樗a(chǎn)品加工與綜合利用,科研工作聚焦海藻加工綜合利用、海洋碳水化合物構(gòu)效關(guān)系研究、海藻工具酶異源表達(dá)研究。開(kāi)展了海藻多糖重復(fù)單元的結(jié)構(gòu)解析、南極磷蝦殼多糖的性質(zhì)表征、褐藻色素的提取分析、海洋糖苷水解酶的高效表達(dá)等科研工作,為海洋碳水化合物的綜合利用與新型海洋工具酶的開(kāi)發(fā)提供嶄新思路。發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文15篇,其中以第一作者發(fā)表SCI論文6篇。以第三完成人獲得中國(guó)水產(chǎn)科學(xué)研究院科學(xué)技術(shù)二等獎(jiǎng)一項(xiàng)。
