孫慧慧,工學博士,副研究員,碩士生導師,兼任山東省食品科學技術學會第四屆理事。主持包括國家自然科學基金青年基金、中國博士后科學基金、山東省自然科學基金博士基金等在內共計7項課題,并作為科研骨干參與了國家重點研發計劃“藍色糧倉科技創新”重點專項1項。累計發表論文20余篇,其中以第一作者/通訊作者在Comprehensive Reviews in Food Science and Food Safety、Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry、International Journal of Biological Macromolecules等領域內權威期刊發表論文12篇;獲授權發明專利6項,其中第一發明人4項;參編著作《海洋食品酶工程》1部。榮獲神農中華農業科技獎科學研究類成果一等獎(第五完成人,2021)。
