孫慧慧，工學博士，副研究員，碩士生導師，兼任山東省食品科學技術學會第四屆理事。主持包括國家自然科學基金青年基金、中國博士后科學基金、山東省自然科學基金博士基金等在內共計7項課題，并作為科研骨干參與了國家重點研發計劃“藍色糧倉科技創新”重點專項1項。累計發表論文20余篇，其中以第一作者/通訊作者在Comprehensive Reviews in Food Science and Food Safety、Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry、International Journal of Biological Macromolecules等領域內權威期刊發表論文12篇；獲授權發明專利6項，其中第一發明人4項；參編著作《海洋食品酶工程》1部。榮獲神農中華農業科技獎科學研究類成果一等獎（第五完成人，2021）。
主要研究領域為微生物酶與生物催化轉化在海洋食品中的應用，主要包括酶的基因發掘和高效表達，催化機制解析和理性分子改造，生化反應過程優化與調控等研究。
