
徐后國(guó),研究員,博士生導(dǎo)師;國(guó)家萬(wàn)人計(jì)劃-青年拔尖人才,國(guó)家重點(diǎn)研發(fā)計(jì)劃項(xiàng)目首席,國(guó)家海水魚(yú)體系“河鲀營(yíng)養(yǎng)需求與飼料”崗位科學(xué)家;山東省泰山學(xué)者-青年專(zhuān)家,山東省優(yōu)秀青年基金獲得者,江蘇省雙創(chuàng)人才;中國(guó)水產(chǎn)科學(xué)研究院“海水養(yǎng)殖動(dòng)物營(yíng)養(yǎng)生理與代謝調(diào)控”創(chuàng)新團(tuán)隊(duì)首席科學(xué)家、“水科英才-領(lǐng)軍人才”。
現(xiàn)任黃海所食品工程與營(yíng)養(yǎng)研究室副主任。博士畢業(yè)于中國(guó)海洋大學(xué),博士論文獲評(píng)“山東省優(yōu)秀博士學(xué)位論文”。于2011和2013年分別赴美國(guó)密蘇里大學(xué)及美國(guó)大氣與海洋管理局西北漁業(yè)科學(xué)中心作短期訪問(wèn)學(xué)者。現(xiàn)任上海海洋大學(xué)、中國(guó)海洋大學(xué)、中國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)、中國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)科學(xué)院、大連海洋大學(xué)、江蘇海洋大學(xué)、浙江海洋大學(xué)、青島科技大學(xué)、天津農(nóng)學(xué)院及河北農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)研究生導(dǎo)師。
現(xiàn)任《Aquaculture Nutrition》、《Aquaculture Research》及《Fishes》期刊編輯;《Fish Physiology and Biochemistry》客座編輯;全國(guó)飼料評(píng)審委員會(huì)委員;中國(guó)水產(chǎn)學(xué)會(huì)水產(chǎn)動(dòng)物營(yíng)養(yǎng)與飼料專(zhuān)業(yè)委員會(huì)委員;中國(guó)水產(chǎn)學(xué)會(huì)生物餌料專(zhuān)業(yè)委員會(huì)委員;全國(guó)動(dòng)物營(yíng)養(yǎng)指導(dǎo)委員會(huì)水產(chǎn)動(dòng)物營(yíng)養(yǎng)分會(huì)秘書(shū)。
研究方向?yàn)樗a(chǎn)營(yíng)養(yǎng)飼料,專(zhuān)注于脂質(zhì)代謝研究、親體營(yíng)養(yǎng)生理及海水魚(yú)配合飼料開(kāi)發(fā)。迄今為止,在該領(lǐng)域以第一及通訊作者發(fā)表SCI論文70余篇(單篇最高影響因子15.135)。獲國(guó)家發(fā)明專(zhuān)利10余項(xiàng)。獲海洋科學(xué)技術(shù)二等獎(jiǎng)等科技獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)4項(xiàng)。
