
徐后國,研究員,博士生導師;國家萬人計劃-青年拔尖人才,國家重點研發計劃項目首席,國家海水魚體系“河鲀營養需求與飼料”崗位科學家;山東省泰山學者-青年專家,山東省優秀青年基金獲得者,江蘇省雙創人才;中國水產科學研究院“海水養殖動物營養生理與代謝調控”創新團隊首席科學家、“水科英才-領軍人才”。
現任黃海所食品工程與營養研究室副主任。博士畢業于中國海洋大學,博士論文獲評“山東省優秀博士學位論文”。于2011和2013年分別赴美國密蘇里大學及美國大氣與海洋管理局西北漁業科學中心作短期訪問學者。現任上海海洋大學、中國海洋大學、中國農業大學、中國農業科學院、大連海洋大學、江蘇海洋大學、浙江海洋大學、青島科技大學、天津農學院及河北農業大學研究生導師。
現任《Aquaculture Nutrition》、《Aquaculture Research》及《Fishes》期刊編輯;《Fish Physiology and Biochemistry》客座編輯;全國飼料評審委員會委員;中國水產學會水產動物營養與飼料專業委員會委員;中國水產學會生物餌料專業委員會委員;全國動物營養指導委員會水產動物營養分會秘書。
研究方向為水產營養飼料,專注于脂質代謝研究、親體營養生理及海水魚配合飼料開發。迄今為止,在該領域以第一及通訊作者發表SCI論文70余篇(單篇最高影響因子15.135)。獲國家發明專利10余項。獲海洋科學技術二等獎等科技獎勵4項。
