林怡辰，博士，助理研究員，2021年畢業于中國科學院煙臺海岸帶研究所環境工程專業，獲工學博士學位，同年進入中國水產科學研究院黃海水產研究所從事博士后研究工作。主要從事水產品營養與品質評價方面的研究，主持黃海水產研究所基本科研業務費課題等，參與多項國家自然科學基金、泰山學者工程專項等課題。在EES、ESPR等國際知名刊物上發表學術論文20余篇；水產養殖業綠色發展技術系列叢書編委，2021-2022年獲農業農村部漁業漁政管理局公開表揚。
