
吳海燕,碩士研究生、副研究員、碩士生導(dǎo)師。2020年度獲黃海青年人才獎(jiǎng),2021年水科院第五批百名英才,2022年度“水科英才”拔尖人才培育對(duì)象。
主要研究?jī)?nèi)容、研究方向
聚焦貝類毒素這一海洋食品安全的關(guān)鍵問(wèn)題,創(chuàng)新性開(kāi)展全譜高效識(shí)別、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)形成機(jī)理研究及風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估并取得新突破,在支撐產(chǎn)業(yè)監(jiān)管、突發(fā)事件應(yīng)急處置、國(guó)際貿(mào)易技術(shù)壁壘應(yīng)對(duì)及科學(xué)研究等方面發(fā)揮了重要作用,并取得顯著經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。
主要研究?jī)?nèi)容:
1、搭建貝類毒素高通量精準(zhǔn)確證及非靶向篩查技術(shù)平臺(tái)
2、構(gòu)建貝類毒素風(fēng)險(xiǎn)預(yù)警技術(shù)并實(shí)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)業(yè)化應(yīng)用;
3、創(chuàng)新揭示經(jīng)濟(jì)貝類的特征性應(yīng)激適應(yīng)機(jī)制。
主持國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金青年基金、國(guó)家重點(diǎn)研發(fā)計(jì)劃子任務(wù)及成果轉(zhuǎn)化類等課題15項(xiàng)。作為技術(shù)骨干參加3項(xiàng)國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)制修訂。
在國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)術(shù)期刊上發(fā)表論文32篇,其中SCI收錄11篇(第一作者6篇),EI收錄2篇,授權(quán)發(fā)明專利8項(xiàng)(第一發(fā)明人1項(xiàng)),參編專著2部,參與制修訂國(guó)家、行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)3項(xiàng),獲各級(jí)獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)4項(xiàng)。
