郭萌萌，女，1981年4月生人，于2007年6月獲湖南大學分析化學專業的碩士學位，現任中國水產科學研究院黃海水產研究所高級工程師，碩士生導師。主要從事化學污染物安全評價、防控技術及危害機制等方面的研究，主持國家自然科學基金青年項目、國家重點研發計劃子課題、山東省重點研發計劃項目、科技基礎性工作專項子課題、中央級科研院所基本科研業務費項目等課題10余項，參與國家自然科學基金面上項目、標準制修訂項目和農業農村部水產品質量安全監控項目等課題20余項。在國內外學術期刊上發表論文70余篇，其中SCI收錄25篇（第一/通訊作者12篇），EI收錄10篇（第一/通訊作者6篇），授權專利17項（第一發明人3項），參編專著4部，參與制修訂國家、行業標準10余項，獲中國產學研合作創新成果二等獎等各級獎勵4項。
