姚琳，博士，研究員。畢業于中國科學院武漢病毒研究所，現任中國水產科學研究院黃海水產研究所質檢室副主任，農業農村部水產品質量安全檢測與評價重點實驗室副主任，國家貝類產業技術體系質量安全與品質評價崗位科學家團隊核心成員、中國水產科學研究院貝藻質量安全評價與防控技術創新團隊核心成員。兼任中國海洋大學、上海海洋大學、江蘇海洋大學等高校碩士研究生導師，全國標準樣品技術委員會動物防疫標準樣品專業工作組委員等。
主要從事水產品食源性病毒監控與標準樣品創制、高值水產品真實性鑒別、貝類食源性病毒特異性蓄積分子機理等水產品質量安全應用基礎與基礎性研究。近年來主持國家自然科學基金面上項目、科技部基礎工作專項、國家重點研發計劃子課題、國家科技支撐計劃子課題、中國水產科學研究院重點項目等多項國家、省部級項目。第一或通訊作者發表論文20余篇，其中SCI收錄7篇，EI收錄3篇，中文核心10余篇；以第一發明人授權國家發明專利3項；以第一完成人發布國家標準1項，國家標準樣品2項；相關成果獲2019年青島市科技進步二等獎（排名3）。
