
劉志鴻,博士,研究員,碩士生導(dǎo)師。主要從事海洋貝類遺傳育種、種質(zhì)資源整理與保存和貝類免疫學(xué)研究。在貝類遺傳育種方面,主要開展了櫛孔扇貝與蝦夷扇貝正反交后代的遺傳分析,同源雌核發(fā)育二倍體櫛孔扇貝遺傳分析,并對雌核發(fā)育二倍體后代進(jìn)行遺傳學(xué)鑒定。在水產(chǎn)動物種質(zhì)資源標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化整理、整合與共享研究方面,負(fù)責(zé)收集了黃渤海主要水產(chǎn)貝類、棘皮動物的基本信息、數(shù)量性狀、內(nèi)部構(gòu)造、棲息環(huán)境、繁殖特性,以及遺傳學(xué)分析、常見疾病等研究結(jié)果,并將這些數(shù)據(jù)和資料整合到水產(chǎn)種質(zhì)資源數(shù)據(jù)庫共享平臺,完成數(shù)據(jù)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)共享,為水產(chǎn)動物種質(zhì)資源的研究搭建了平臺。同時(shí),開展貝類DNA條形碼標(biāo)準(zhǔn)基因篩選,并構(gòu)建相應(yīng)數(shù)據(jù)庫。在貝類免疫學(xué)方面,進(jìn)行了貝類血細(xì)胞分類,血清凝集素的凝集活性,及外源因子對貝類細(xì)胞免疫與體液免疫功能影響,多個(gè)免疫相關(guān)基因基因cDNA的克隆及表達(dá)分析等研究,為貝類免疫學(xué)基礎(chǔ)研究提供了基礎(chǔ)資料。
近年來,主持國家重點(diǎn)研發(fā)計(jì)劃課題、農(nóng)業(yè)農(nóng)村部農(nóng)業(yè)國際交流與合作項(xiàng)目課題、科技基礎(chǔ)性工作專項(xiàng)課題等國家級和省部級級課題多項(xiàng)。近五年,發(fā)表研究論文40余篇,其中SCI論文17篇,授權(quán)專利5項(xiàng)。
