隋娟，博士，副研究員，山東淄博人。2011年畢業于中國科學院海洋研究所，獲理學博士學位。長期從事水產養殖動物遺傳育種技術研究。開展南美白對蝦、中國對蝦、羅氏沼蝦、斑點叉尾鮰等水產養殖動物的多世代精準遺傳評估工作，并開展遺傳進展最優化、混合DNA評估技術及育種群體整齊度相關研究。公開發表論文14篇（第一作者5篇），其中SCI13篇（第一作者5篇）。主持國家自然科學基金青年基金、藍色糧倉科技創新子課題等5項課題，總經費98萬元。
主要研究方向：水產養殖動物遺傳育種技術研究。包括多世代育種數據精準遺傳評估、遺傳進展最優化、混合DNA評估技術、育種群體整齊度研究。
