
孟憲紅,博士,研究員。一直在科研一線從事海水養殖生物遺傳育種和優良性狀分子解析工作,主持國家級、省部級等各類課題、子課題23項,包括國家863課題、國家自然科學基金青年基金、面上項目、國家重點研發計劃課題、山東省農業良種工程項目等,累計合同經費2400余萬元。獲省、部級獎勵5項,包括部一等獎2項(3,3),二等獎1項(3)、現為3個省、部級創新團隊核心成員,第三屆山東省水產原良種評審委員會委員,水科院中青年拔尖人才榮譽稱號;骨干力量培育中國對蝦“黃海2號”、“黃海5號”、大菱鲆“丹法鲆”及凡納濱對蝦“壬海1號”養殖新品種;發表學術論文136篇,其中SCI收錄50篇;獲10項授權發明專利、7項實用新型專利;獲4項軟件著作權,發布6項青島市地方標準。
主要研究方向:
主要從事海水養殖生物遺傳育種和優良性狀分子解析工作。開展中國對蝦抗病新品種選育,培育出中國對蝦新品種“黃海5號”,其抗WSSV存活時間、收獲體重和養殖存活率分別提高了30.10%、32.05%和13.51%。對中國對蝦核心育種群體WSSV抗性、生長等優良性狀的分子基礎解析。首次鑒定并獲得了中國對蝦幾丁質結合蛋白基因等12個WSSV侵染下免疫應答基因的序列特征與時空表達規律;篩選到與WSSV抗性相關聯的SNP基因型5個;構建了第一個中國對蝦高密度遺傳連鎖圖譜,整合SNP標記12884個,平均間隔0.41cM;確認并定位了WSSV抗性、生長等29個性狀的QTL位點。
