邱亮，男，1991年2月生人，于2018年6月獲上海海洋大學水產養殖專業博士學位，現任中國水產科學研究院黃海水產研究所助理研究員，碩士生導師。主要從事甲殼動物流行病與防控方面的研究，現任亞太水產養殖中心網（NACA）十足目虹彩病毒1感染指定專家，期刊Animal Research and One Health (AROH)副主任青年編委。獲得中華人民共和國執業獸醫師資格證書，2020年度“黃海青年人才獎”，中國水產科學研究院“水科英才”青年英才培育對象。主持山東省自然科學基金青年項目、中國博士后科學基金一等資助、山東省博士后創新項目、農業農村部重點實驗室開放課題重大課題、黃海水產研究所基本科研業務費等課題。參與國家重點研發計劃專項、國家自然科學基金青年科學基金項目和山東省“健康海洋”技術創新工程專項等項目。發表學術論文27篇，其中SCI論文15篇，授權國家發明專利1項，參編專著15部，主筆或參與制定水產行業標準5項、檢驗檢疫行業標準1項。
