李杰，博士，中國水產科學研究院黃海水產研究所養殖生物疾病控制與分子病理學研究室副研究員，副主任，中國海洋大學、青島科技大學、江蘇海洋大學、浙江海洋大學和天津農學院碩士研究生導師，國家藻類產業技術體系病害防控崗位科學家，山東省水產養殖病害防治專家委員會委員、青島市生態學會病害生態專委會委員，中國水產流通與加工協會大菱鲆分會副秘書長。
主要研究內容、研究方向
主要從事藻類病害及防控技術、魚類流行病學和疫苗技術等研究工作。現主持國家藻類產業技術體系病害防控崗位、國家自然學科基金-山東省聯合基金子課題、國家重點研發計劃子課題及西藏亞東鮭魚健康養殖等項目，共主持完成國家自然科學基金等課題和橫向項目10余項。近年來，在水產流行病學、病原學與病害防控技術研發方面取得了顯著進展，目前共發表學術論文50余篇，作為副主編編寫英文專著1部，參編中文專著1部，獲授權國家發明專利8項，軟件著作權3項，新獸藥臨床試驗批件1項。
