薛素燕，女，1980年10月生人，于2013年6月獲中國海洋大學水產養殖專業博士學位，現任中國水產科學研究院黃海水產研究所副研究員，碩士生導師。主要從事海水養殖生態與生境修復研究，包括海水生態養殖模式、養殖環境修復、養殖生物生理生態學等。主持山東省海洋與漁業科技創新計劃項目、青島海洋科學與技術試點國家實驗室青年人才培育項目等科研項目10余項，第一作者發表學術論文12篇（其中SCI 5篇，中文核心期刊7篇）、授權專利8項（其中發明專利2項，實用新型專利6項）、軟件著作權1項；參編專著2部、行業標準1項；獲中國產學研合作創新成果獎二等獎等省部級獎勵、榮譽共5項次。
