毛玉澤，男，1969年10月生人，于2004年6月獲中國海洋大學水產養殖專業博士學位，現任中國水產科學研究院黃海水產研究所研究員，博士生導師，濰坊漁業產業技術研究院院長、中國海洋湖沼學會養殖生態學分會常務理事、山東省生態學會常務理事、青島市生態學會秘書長；中華農業科技獎優秀創新團隊“海洋漁業資源與生態環境研究團隊”核心成員，山東省優秀創新團隊“漁業資源與生態環境”核心成員；主持國家863計劃、國家科技支撐計劃和國家重點研發計劃等課題20余項，發表論文100余篇（SCI 50篇），頒布行業標準4項，參編專著7部，授權發明專利11項；獲山東省科技進步二等獎、浙江省科技進步二等獎、中國產學研合作創新成果獎二等獎、青島市科學技術進步二等獎、上海海洋科學技術特等獎和水科院科技進步一等獎等省部級獎勵18項；獲山東省優秀博士后等榮譽稱號。

長期從事海水健康養殖理論與技術研究，主要研究方向為多營養層次綜合養殖、養殖環境生態修復和碳匯漁業等。
