李永濤，男，博士，1989年3月生人， 2018年畢業于中國科學院水生生物研究所水生生物學專業，現任中國水產科學研究院黃海水產研究所助理研究員。主要從事海洋哺乳動物保護生物學方面的研究，主持國家重點研發計劃項目子課題、香港海洋公園保育基金、農業農村部財政項目等課題數項；共發表論文20余篇；主編或參編中文專著2部。
