丁琪，博士，副研究員。中國水產科學研究院“水科英才”拔尖人才，主要從事漁業資源經濟學研究。主持國家自然科學基金青年科學基金項目、國家重點研發計劃子課題、農業農村部財政項目等。以第一作者在國內外學術期刊上發表論文20余篇，參編中英文專著4部。獲中國水產科學研究院科學技術獎二等獎（排名1）。
