欒青杉，博士，副研究員，碩導，無黨派人士。
2010年，中國科學院海洋研究所海洋生態學專業畢業，同年進入中國水產科學研究院黃海水產研究所工作。
2017~2018年，National Institute of Water and Atmospheric Research（新西蘭），訪問學者。
2022~2023年，Scottish Association for Marine Science（英國），訪問學者。
主要從事海洋浮游植物生態學研究。
