吳強，男，1980年4月生人，于2017年6月獲中國海洋大學漁業資源專業的博士學位，現任中國水產科學研究院黃海水產研究所副研究員。主要從事漁業資源與生態等方面的研究，主持課題10余項；發表論文60余篇、出版著作7部、獲海洋科學技術獎二等獎1項。
