時永強，男，1987年9月生人，于2015年7月獲中國科學院大學/中國科學院海洋研究所海洋生態學專業的博士學位，現任中國水產科學研究院黃海水產研究所副研究員，上海海洋大學、大連海洋大學碩士生導師。主要從事海洋浮游動物生態、漁業資源生態等方面的研究，主持科技部科技基礎資源調查專項項目、國家自然科學基金、山東省自然科學基金等項目（子課題）11項；發表論文30余篇、參編中文專著5部、授權軟件著作權2項、申請國家發明專利4項；國家自然科學基金委共享航次計劃項目首席科學家、中國水產科學研究院“水科英才”拔尖人才。
