張正，男，1979年5月生人，于2012年6月獲中國海洋大學海洋生物學專業博士學位，中國水產科學研究院黃海水產研究所項目研究員。主要從事海水養殖病原學、病理學、新漁藥創制、健康養殖工藝與病害臨床防控技術等方面的研究，先后承擔和參與國家自然科學基金、國家重點研發計劃項目、山東省重點研發計劃課題、山東省自然科學基金、青島市關鍵技術攻關及產業化示范項目等30余項各類課題的研究任務，發表論文70篇，獲授權發明專利32項，實用新型專利8項，獲第十六屆中國科協求是杰出青年成果轉化獎（2013年）、中華農業科技獎科研成果二等獎（2011年）等各類獎勵11項。兼任中國畜牧獸醫學會中獸醫分會常務理事、山東省獸醫協會專家委員會委員、山東中獸醫研究會常務副理事長、青島市水產學會秘書長，獲聘中國海洋大學、上海海洋大學、江蘇海洋大學、青島科技大學、天津農學院等高校碩士研究生導師。
