常志強(qiáng)，男，1976年1月生人，于2009年2月獲韓國慶北大學(xué)獸醫(yī)學(xué)專業(yè)博士學(xué)位，現(xiàn)任中國水產(chǎn)科學(xué)研究院黃海水產(chǎn)研究所研究員，國家蝦蟹產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)體系工廠化養(yǎng)殖崗位科學(xué)家，中國海洋大學(xué)、上海海洋大學(xué)、大連海洋大學(xué)和江蘇海洋大學(xué)碩士研究生導(dǎo)師。
主要從事海水健康養(yǎng)殖模式和關(guān)鍵技術(shù)研究工作。作為骨干研發(fā)的“海水池塘多營養(yǎng)層次生態(tài)健康養(yǎng)殖技術(shù)”、“對(duì)蝦工廠化循環(huán)水高效生態(tài)養(yǎng)殖技術(shù)”分別于2016、2021年被農(nóng)業(yè)農(nóng)村部遴選為農(nóng)業(yè)主推技術(shù)，“‘參-蝦（蟹）-藻’多營養(yǎng)層次生態(tài)養(yǎng)殖技術(shù)” 于2022年入選山東省農(nóng)業(yè)主推技術(shù)，多項(xiàng)技術(shù)在我國北方沿海地區(qū)進(jìn)行產(chǎn)業(yè)化應(yīng)用和推廣，取得顯著經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)和生態(tài)效益。
先后主持國家自然科學(xué)基金面上項(xiàng)目和青年科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目、國家重點(diǎn)研發(fā)計(jì)劃“藍(lán)色糧倉科技創(chuàng)新”重點(diǎn)專項(xiàng)子課題、中國水產(chǎn)科學(xué)研究院基本科研業(yè)務(wù)費(fèi)項(xiàng)目等10余項(xiàng)。發(fā)表研究論文90余篇，主編專著1部，副主編專著1部，參編4部。獲山東省科技進(jìn)步一等獎(jiǎng)1項(xiàng)（第6）、中國水產(chǎn)學(xué)會(huì)范蠡科學(xué)技術(shù)獎(jiǎng)科技進(jìn)步一等獎(jiǎng)1項(xiàng)（第18）、中國水產(chǎn)科學(xué)研究院科學(xué)技術(shù)獎(jiǎng)二等獎(jiǎng)1項(xiàng)（第3）。
